Manila Water Corporation deploys its business intelligence dashboard
Manila, Philippines – April 19, 2012 – Following in the heels of the deployment of its Capital Expediture Dashboard, Manila Water Corporation (MWC) has deployed its Customer Care and Billing Systems Business Intelligence (CCBS BI) Dashboard. The project aim was to design and create a reporting system in line with the requirements of the CCBS BI project. The reporting solution should be able to extract data from MWC’s SAP data sources, CRM, external system and text files, and manually prepared Excel files to generate the required reports.
This was Primesoft’s first engagement wherein live data was captured from an SAP database, transcribed to a separate data warehouse, and populated into Microsoft Sharepoint and adhoc reports.
