Chartis Insurance gets Primesoft for custom solutions

Manila, Philippines – October 14, 2009 – Chartis, a world leading property-casualty and general insurance organization, signs up Primesoft to provide the former custom SharePoint WorkFlow implementation using Windows Workflow foundation. Chartis' custom workflow solution shall make use of SharePoint document repository as storage for various documents of Chartis Insurance, following the DTF approval process and approval matrix defined for each country supported by the system.

The implementation of workflow functionalities uses Windows Workflow Framework, which handles the complex routing of document approvals in various departments which out-of-the-box SharePoint workflow component can't support. The solution also provides customizable matrixes defined based on user roles and document properties in executing the task validation logic. The said implementation is integrated to existing SharePoint environment for Chartis worldwide.
